The visible problem is not always the cause. Pressure, valves, wiring, programming, damaged pipe, and bad adjustments can all create similar symptoms.

Repair visits begin with a $30 diagnostic fee. Labor, parts, and any distance charge depend on what I find and what the repair takes.
