I work hard,
but I do not want to guess.

Repairs should be diagnosed. New systems should be measured and calculated. Both should be built so the customer is glad they paid for the work.

How I approach the work

A smart controller will not fix a bad system.

Bad pressure, bad zoning, poor spacing, and the wrong pipe sizes will still cause problems. The basic system has to be right before any extra technology matters.

Start with the property

I measure what is actually there instead of forcing the same layout onto every site.

Work within the limits

Water supply, elevation, distance, crossings, soil, plant needs, and future repairs all affect the plan.

Check it before digging

I calculate demand and pressure loss while changes are still easy to make.

Do not overbuild it

Use enough pipe, zones, control, and equipment to do the job right without adding cost for no reason.
